New to CrossFit?

Take our Foundations classes to get started on your journey!

• The Foundations program is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit.
• Designed for those who are looking to start CrossFit and have little to no experience in lifting weights or doing high intensity exercise.
• Semi-private setting of 5 one-hour classes where our coaches will instruct you in the proper form and modifications for CrossFit movements and weightlifting.
• Graduate Foundations course with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.

Foundations

$100

• A onetime fee
• 5 scheduled classes. Foundation class times are scheduled around your schedule.
•Regular membership starts the next business day after foundations is completed
• You will receive a phone call within 48 hours to get you scheduled for your 1st class
