Group fitness classes or solo training at the LVAC were just not as satisfying athletically, emotionally, or socially, as what she was had experienced with HS or collegiate sports. Dan had been introduced to CrossFit through his law enforcement colleagues and encouraged Eli to give it a try. She was hooked after one WOD. Starting CrossFit was one of the most challenging, humbling, exhilarating, and FUN experiences of her life. Eli continued to train CrossFit through her pregnancy and returned to the gym shortly after the birth of her charming baby boy in 2014. Eli has been an avid CrossFitter since 2011. Eli has her CrossFit L1 and L2 certification and has been coaching CrossFit to all levels of athletes since 2013.
