8 Deadlifts (275lbs/185lbs)

Thanksgiving week schedule: Regular class schedule with the exception of Thursday, there will only be one class at 9am and no class on Friday at 5am.

Tuesday & Thursday: 

6AM-10:15AM

  4:15PM-7:45PM



Saturdays : 7-8AM & 9-10AM
