Back Squat (155/105, bar starts from the floor)
*75 Double Unders after each round
**If you cannot do this on rings substitute a toes to bar

then-

Take until the 25 minute mark (includes start time of 15-21-27) to find a heavy 4 rep Back Squat

Saturdays : 7-8AM & 9-10AM
