*Perform a set every 4:00, 0:00 - 16:00 as start of last set.

5AM, 6AM, 8AM, 9:15AM, 

4:15PM, 5:30PM & 6:45PM   


Tuesday & Thursday: 

5AM, 9:15AM

  4:15PM, 5:30PM & 6:45PM



Saturdays : 8AM & 9:30AM
