75 Push-ups
100 Air squats
75 Sit-ups
50 Single arm dumbbell push press (50lbs/35lbs)
*Alternate arms after every 5 reps 100 Double unders

5AM, 6AM, 8AM, 9:15AM, 

4:15PM, 5:30PM & 6:45PM   


Tuesday & Thursday: 

5AM, 8AM, 9:15AM

  4:15PM, 5:30PM & 6:45PM



Saturdays : 8AM & 9:30AM
