*Do 3 box jumps after each set increasing in height each set. Log the height for the box jumps.

Part 2:

For time:
30-20-10
Kettlbell swing (70lbs/53lbs)
Box jump over (24"/20")

Tuesday & Thursday:

  4:15PM-7:45PM



Saturdays : 7-8AM & 9-10AM
