Today is a twist on 2 of the workouts from the CrossFit Games, the CrossFit Total as well as the "Jumping Finish" workout from the age group events.

Back Squat
Find a 1 rep max in 4 minutes

*No more than 3 attempts are allowed in this 4:00 timeframe.

15 Back squats (275lbs/185lbs)
30 Box jump overs (30"/24")

Tuesday & Thursday: 

5AM, 8AM, 9:15AM

  4:15PM, 5:30PM & 6:45PM



Saturdays : 8AM & 9:30AM
