About Coach

Throughout my life as a young man all the way to the present. I have been involved in some type of fitness. From Robo Gyms, Running, Hiking, and many types of Motorsports. I am a proud retired Fire Captain with the Clark County Fire Department. I suffered numerous injuries throughout my 30-year career, Including double fusion back surgery, Extreme broken hand with limited mobility, and 2 torn shoulder rotator cuff surgeries. With these injuries, I was not sure if Crossfit would be a fit for me. I was completely wrong. It changed my life completely in a positive way. I learned that there were adaptive movements for everything. Within a couple of years, I was encouraged to get my Crossfit credentials. I did and never looked back.
