The Foundations program is for someone who is new to CrossFit. You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
The program consists of three sessions, in each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movement, we use daily in CrossFit, you'll get to attend our regular CrossFit Classes complimentary for the rest of the month!
